The Conference Center of Santa Lucia Foundation is a meeting area of 2,500 square meters. The facility is also available to entities outside the Foundation.
The auditorium has 494 seats. A movable wall can divide it into two separate rooms, each of 247 seats. The environment is air-conditioned and soundproofed. The seats are equipped with headsets to allow simultaneous translation.
The multimedia system allows the projection of both image and sound on four large screens placed behind the podium (two for each half-hall). Each screen has independent audio-video control. The room(s) have both a speakers table and input equipped podium
The auditorium entrance is ideal for greeting conference participants and registration. The space adjacent to the auditorium allows the provision of food services such as a buffet or for the installation of work stations for participants and/or journalists. Wardrobe and dressing rooms are also available.
The conference center is equipped with a multistory underground car park.
How to Book
The Conference Center can be used by other institutions and organizations. The Santa Lucia Foundation will evaluate the compatibility of the proposed event with its Corporate Charter. On special request, telephones, fax machines, copiers and computers for secretarial services can be made available. Requests to make an inspection or requests for bookings may be sent via email to the Conference Center.
