The Patient Relationships Office encourages dialogue between the Santa Lucia Foundation and its patients. It provides information to users and collects useful suggestions to improve the assessment, organization and quality of performance.
To the Patient Relationships Office can also be reported complaints and unfavorable experiences through the use of a Form, forward-able to this office by post or e-mail, fax or in person. Staff is available to assist you in completing the form, if you require assistance. All complaints are taken seriously, documented and brought to the attention of competent figures, which report directly to the parties concerned. The goal is to achieve a greater level of satisfaction for the patient and their relatives.
